This may include holding a videocall with you. If you fail to pass such verification, or we arrive at a reasonable suspicion that you were acting on behalf of another person, or you were otherwise engaged in match-fixing activities, or in other violation of the Terms and Conditions, all winnings derived from the bet(s) in question will be voided and we will take such other actions as we may be authorized under the Terms and Conditions and the applicable law.

Sports betting: Accepting bets

28.1 Bets are accepted based on the daily "odds line" - a list of upcoming matches with odds and handicaps offered by us on outcomes of events.

28.2 The odds and handicaps take into account the strength correlation of the competing teams or players and determine the value of the expected winnings of the person placing the bet.

28.3 We reserve the right to change the odds and handicaps at any time. This will not affect the terms of any bets placed before we make such change. We reserve the right to remove any event from the offered "line". Bets are placed according to the "line" operating at the time the bet was placed.

28.4 You may choose events and outcomes from the predictions offered by us. You must enter the amount of each bet.

28.5 Your bet becomes accepted when you receive a bet confirmation from us, after the bet is placed.

28.6 Several identical or mirror bets may be considered as one bet.

28.7 We are not responsible for incorrect spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the event.

28.8 Maximum bet amounts vary from sport to sport & from game to game, as available on our Website.

28.9 Minimum bet per event – 0.5 in the currency of the player account.

28.10 A bet is accepted on the basis that it is an act of one customer only.

28.11 The maximum number of selections in multi-bets and system bets is thirty (30) selections.

28.12 We reserve the right to refuse in whole or in part any bet, to set a limit for bets on certain events, and to apply bet limits to individual customers, when we have a reasonable suspicion that the outcome of your bet may be influenced by you or any third party, you are making a bet designed to reduce your risk, in cases of suspicious betting, in cases of errors and malfunctions, or if required to avoid exposing us to undue risk which is outside our risk appetite. If a bet is not accepted, it is considered void and your stake is refunded.

28.13 Time of Acceptance

28.13.1 If, for any reason, a bet is inadvertently accepted after the event or match has started the selection(s) affected will be void. The only exception would be if the event in question is covered by our ‘in running’ or Live service.

28.13.2 We may amend obvious errors, and accept bets after an event has started by mutual consent. If at the time a bet was placed, the race or event was resolved or at a stage where you could have had any indication of the outcome we reserve the right to void that selection.

28.13.3 In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, then the time at which it was recorded on our servers will govern.

28.14 Bet Delay

28.14.1 Bets placed during an event (“Live Betting”) will almost certainly be subject to a delay, which will vary by sport & competition.

28.14.2 If any of the disruptions mentioned in this Section happen before the countdown timer ends, all bets placed using Timer Acceptance are immediately void:

  • If there appears to be a possible red card or a red card is actually given;
  • If there is a possible penalty or a penalty is given;
  • If there appears to be a possible goal or a goal is scored by any team;
  • Fortuitous events including, but not limited to, failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the correct placing, accepting, recording or notification of bets, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication lines failure.

28.14.3 When using our Website, and subsequently the Timer Acceptance feature, the Customer acknowledges that the current score, time elapsed and other data provided on this site (including ‘Live’ TV pictures) while coming from a “live” feed provided by a third party is subject to a time delay and/or may be inaccurate, and that any bet placed based on this data is entirely at the customer’s own risk. The Company provides this data and accepts no responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) suffered by the customer as a result of his reliance on it.

28.15 Information displayed during "live" events is for convenience only. Mistakes in the displayed result is not a reason for a refund. We do not accept any liability for incorrect results during “live” event.

Sports betting: Specific betting types

29.1 Live or In Running Betting

29.1.1 Live or In-Running Betting is, by nature, subject to large and sudden changes in odds as the event unfolds. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that prices will always be available, and reserve the right not to offer odds throughout the entire match at our absolute discretion.

29.1.2 In addition, we reserve the right to refuse or void bets, even when prices are displayed on our Website, if due to circumstances outside of our control the prices shown are wide of the industry market price at the time the bet is placed.

29.1.3 If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

29.1.4 If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void all relevant bets.

29.2 Goalscorer

29.2.1 In case a match is abandoned but there has been at least one Scorer, bets on the first Goal scorer apply and bets on the last goal scorer are void. Anytime Goal scorer market for this player is settled as winner and bets on other players are void.

29.3 Head 2 Head

29.3.1 Bets predict which of the participants will occupy the highest position or will have better results or more points. In order for these bets to stand both participants must actively participate in the event. In case the two participants achieve the exact same winning result and therefore achieve a tie, all bets are void.

29.4 Outright (Future Bets)

29.4.1 Outright means betting on the winner of an event, race or tournament. Bets predict which of the participants (3 or more) will occupy the highest position or will have better results or more points. In order for these bets to stand all participants must actively participate in the event. If one or more participants will not participate in the event, the odds on the rest participants are recalculated and settled with a reduction in the odds, by applying the probability of the missing participants to the rest participants applying the same margin.

29.4.2 If a competitor/player does not start an event, race or tournament then all Outright bets on that competitor/player will be lost unless otherwise stated in the specific sport betting rules.

29.4.3 If there are two or more winners, or a “Dead Heat” is declared in any Outright Market then your stake is divided by the number of winners, and this new amount is then settled at the full odds (not including the stake). For example, if there are multiple winners of the English Premier League Top Goalscorer market. In our example two players were declared as winners. Your bet of 1,000 on Sergio Agüero (one of the Winners) at odds of 250 would be settled as follows: (1,000/2) x 250 = 125,000 returns.

29.4.4 The term “Any Other Player” (or Any Other Team, Score etc.) refers to all competitors or options not named in the market.

29.4.5 The term ‘Others on Request’ refers to any unquoted Player, Team or Score etc. Should you require a price for a selection not named in the market please contact our Customer Service & we will add in the selections you request. In all instances we will attempt to offer all obvious outcomes. For markets that refer to ‘Others on Request’ where a selection not named is the Winner. All bets would be settled as losers.

29.5 Booking markets

29.5.1 A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player get one yellow plus a second yellow driving to a red card, this counts overall as three cards. As a result, a player cannot receive more than three cards. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appear during the normal playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken under consideration. Cards in non-playing players (players that have already been replaced, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part in the game) are not taken under consideration.

29.6 Booking markets with points

29.6.1 A yellow card counts as 10 points and the red and the second yellow-red as 25. The second yellow for a player that leads to a red card is not counted. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 35 points. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appear during the normal playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle not be taken under consideration. Cards in non-playing players (players that have already been replaced, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part on the game) are not taken under consideration.

29.7 Corners

29.7.1 A corner gets counted for the relevant market settlement only in the case it has been executed. Corners won by the teams but not executed do not count for market settlement.

29.8 Intervals

29.8.1 First interval is considered the time period from 00:01 until the completion of the minute indicated as the end minute. For avoidance of doubt the interval 1-15 min is considered the period from 00:01 to 15:00. Last interval of a time period is considered from the minute indicated until the end of the period as this decided by the referee. For avoidance of doubt the interval 30-45 min is considered the period from 30:01 until the end of First Half. The interval 75-90 min is considered the period from 75:01 to the end of the Full Time.

29.9 Moneyline

29.9.1 Moneyline means betting on one competitor or team to defeat another in an event or to be placed higher in an event match-up.

29.9.2 The term “The Field” refers to all competitors other than the competitor named in the Moneyline match up.

29.10 Handicap & 1st Half Handicap

29.10.1 Handicap means betting when one competitor or team receives a virtual head start (effectively leading by that head start before the event begins). The winner is the competitor or team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result. For both totals and sides betting all stakes are returned when the final score falls on the handicap line (in America termed as a 'push'). Remaining Handicap rules are set out in the specific Sport Betting Rules.

29.10.2 1st Half Handicap means betting on the team with the better score after adding the given handicap to the result of the first half of an event.

29.11 Over/Under & 1st Half Over/Under

29.11.1 Over/Under means betting that is determined by the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an event. If the total is more than the Over/Under pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the Over/Under pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

29.11.2 1st Half Over/Under means betting that is determined by the total number of points in the result of the first half of an event. If the total is more than the Over/Under pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the Over/Under pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

29.12 Odd/Even, 1st Half Odd/Even, Single Team Odd/Even

29.12.1 Odd/Even means betting that is determined by whether the total number of points (or goals, games etc.) in the final result of an event is Odd or Even. For all Odd/Even markets Zero is counted as Even for settlement purposes.

29.12.2 1st Half Odd/Even means betting that is determined by whether the total number of points at the end of the first half of an event is Odd or Even.

29.12.3 1st half bets will be void if an event is abandoned before the end of the first half. But if an event is abandoned after the end of the first half, all 1st half bets will be valid.

29.12.4 Single Team Odd/Even means betting to predict whether the full-time score of a specific team in a match will be odd or even.

29.12.5 Any extra-time or Overtime added in the match will not be counted for purposes of determining the full-time score except where stated either in the market or the individual sport rules.

29.13 Multiple Bets / Parlays

29.13.1 Multiple bets (or Parlay) means bets in a combination of two or more selections placed as one wager. If all selections should win then the Multiple wins & will be paid at the combined odds of all selections. If one (or more) selections should fail to win then the multiple loses. If one (or more) selections should be postponed or void for any reason, then the odds for that selection will revert to 1.00 odds.

29.13.2 During a Match or event (in play) if any part of the bet is rejected the whole multiple will be rejected. In play events and pre-match events may be included in the same multiple.

29.13.3 Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. E.g. No Goalscorer and 0-0 Correct Score in the same Match. Our system should reject such bets but if taken in error the stakes will be equally divided as single bets. If you are unsure if your bet is related please check with our customer support prior to placing your wager. We reserve the right to determine if the bets/events are related.

29.14 Bet Builder

The Bet Builder feature gives the player the opportunity to combine selections from the same event into one betslip. If one selection that participates in a Bet Builder betslip is void/push, then the whole betslip is void/push as well, REGARDLESS of the outcome of the other selections that participate in the Bet Builder.

For example : in the match LA Lakers vs Toronto Raptors, we create a Bet Builder betslip with LA Lakers to win, Over 220,5 points in the match and Player X Over 29,5 points. In case Player X does not participate in the match, the selection for his points (over 29,5) is settled as void. Therefore, the whole betslip is settled as void as the selection participates in a Bet Builder.

Sports betting: Changes, abandonments and postponements

30.1 Change of Venue

30.1.1 Unless otherwise stated, if a match is scheduled to be played on neutral ground but is played on non-neutral ground or vice versa, all bets will still be considered valid. In the event of a change of venue where home team plays away or vice versa, all bets on the match will be considered void. Bets will also be considered void if the home and away team names are wrongly stated in reverse. As a general rule the first team listed is the 'Home' team unless otherwise stated.

30.1.2 For all non-team events, if the scheduled venue is changed after the Market has been opened, then all bets will still be considered valid except where stated within the individual sport rules

30.2 Periods of Time

30.2.1 The posted duration of an event is for reference purposes only. Bets will be valid despite the change in scheduled duration except where stated within the individual sport rules.

30.2.2 Any incident during injury or stoppage time that is played, is deemed to have occurred at the end of regular time, e.g. a goal scored in first half injury time of a soccer match is deemed to have been scored on 45 minutes.

30.2.3 In the case of the general implied rules of a sport being violated, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match etc.).

30.2.4 In the case of the rules or format of a match differing from our implied information, we reserve the right to void any market.

30.2.5 Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled on the result of regular time.

30.2.6 Settlement for markets containing a time interval will be as follows. The first interval is considered as 00:01 until the start of the minute indicated as the end. For the avoidance of doubt, the interval 1-15 mins is considered the period 00:01 to 15:00.

30.2.7 The last interval is considered as from the minute indicated until the end of the period as decided by the referee. For example, in Soccer, the interval 30-45 mins is considered as 30:01 to the end of the First Half. The interval 75-90 mins is considered the period from 75:01 until the end of regular time.

30.2.8 Bets placed on Player Statistics (player passes, player tackles, player total cards, player assists, player shots/shots on target) will be settled according to the official statistics of the game (including extra time if there is any). If the listed player is not in the starting lineup of the match, the bets will be settled as void.

30.3 If an event does not begin on the scheduled start date, or is not completed within 48 hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined. Reasons for this may include: through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws etc.

30.4 If an event starts but is later abandoned, and is not completed within 48 hours or as prescribed in the specific sports rules, then all bets will be void, except for those on markets that have been unconditionally determined.

30.4.1 In case the following US Sports games such as MLB(or other Baseball leagues), NHL and NBA (NFL and MLS is not included in this rule) don’t commence or are abandoned after start time and not resumed within the same day in the local time zone from the announced kick off time, all non-decided bets are void.

(e.g. if a football match is abandoned in the second half, the markets of the first half will be settled normally).

(e.g. in the example above, the markets of the second half have not been decided) will be void and stakes will be refunded to customers).

30.4.2 In case of abandoned or postponed NFL(or other American Football) events, all markets are considered void unless the match continues in the same NFL(or other American Football) weekly schedule (Thursday - Wednesday local stadium time).

30.4.3 MLB(or other Baseball leagues): the Moneyline (Winner Market) is considered as decided if the officials of the league consider the game as finished and if:

  1. at least 5 innings are completed
  2. OR

  3. 4.5 innings are completed and the home team (or the team batting second) is ahead.

In all other cases, bets on Money Line, are settled as void.

For avoidance of doubt, bets on all other markets (e.g Totals, Spread etc) will stand, unless already decided, if:

  1. at least 9 innings are completed
  2. OR

  3. 8.5 innings are completed and the home team (or the team batting second) is ahead.

In all other cases, bets are settled as void. In the event of a Mercy Rule being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time.

30.4.4 MLB(or other Baseball leagues), all Pitcher Lines (PL Markets for Moneyline, Spread and Totals) are void in case of change in the listed starting pitcher. Bets placed on Pitcher line markets will include the indication (PL) inside the betslip and the bet history pages. In case the (PL) indicator is not visible inside the betslip , the bet is placed on the Action Line and it will be settled accordingly. Action lines are settled based on the outcome of the event regardless of any pitcher changes. Any new offered pitcher lines will follow the above rules. Action lines are following the general rules with the exceptions regarding MLB(or other Baseball leagues), as above.

In Baseball and in case of a 7-inning game, bets on all markets will stand, unless already decided, if :

  1. at least 7 innings are completed
  2. OR

  3. 6.5 innings are completed and the home team(or the team batting second) is ahead.

Exception is the Moneyline (Match Winner) that is considered as decided if:

  1. at least 5 innings are completed
  2. OR

  3. 4.5 innings are completed and the home team (or the team batting second) is ahead. In all other cases, bets on Money Line are settled as void.

30.4.5 Basketball cup or playoff etc matches which are decided through best of 2 matches with aggregate points fall into specific settlement rules. In the event of a draw result in the first match no overtime is played and the winner market (including overtime) is settled as void, while the rest of the markets are settled normally according to the result. Settlement would be the same if second match is drawn, while there is a winner on first match.

Regarding cases where winning scores are tied after the second match (e.g. Team A wins on first match with a score of 75-70 and Team B wins the second match with a score of 85-80) settlement will be done on all markets based on regular time result and overtime result will be ignored.

30.5 If an event is not completed within the originally scheduled completion time prescribed in the specific sports rules thus an official result is declared or a result is declared by the particular event’s relevant governing body, we reserve the right to consider the match officially valid. The Company’s decision is final and binding in this regard. Individual sports or event’s governing bodies are defined by us, and are available on request.

30.6 At our discretion, we may keep open those events that didn’t start on time or where postponed. All bets will remain valid if the event kicks-off (starts) within the next 48 hours from the official start time.

30.7 We reserve the right to keep all bets valid and settle according the result for events abandoned after start time and continued by the organizer within 48 hours from the official start time.

30.8 Notwithstanding the above rules, tennis games will be kept open with all bets valid until the officials or organizing body declares a winner. In such case, the 48 hours rule is not valid. However, in case of a player retirement, all markets determined in the pitch are settled accordingly and all the rest declared void and null. For avoidance of doubt if a tennis player retired before last point concluded, the match winner market is void, but all markets related to specific sets or games that determined, are settled accordingly.

30.9 Notwithstanding the above rules, baseball games when two teams are playing 2 games in a row are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. For avoidance of doubt if Team A plays vs Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled and result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2, as originally scheduled. Matches will be cancelled if they are not going to be played the same day (local). For example, if they play 24 hours later, a new match ID will be created, since usually there is a doubleheader and changed starting pitchers.

30.10 If the start time changes, we update it after the official information is published.

Sports betting: Settlement and cancellation rules

31.1 The outcome of a market is settled once determined. All played markets — pre-match and Live events - are paid according to the official result and after that are considered closed.

31.2 Markets are generally settled shortly after the conclusion of an event. Purely as a customer service, some markets may be settled before the official result is declared. We reserve the right to reverse settlement in the event of a market being settled in error and this will be reflected in your balance.

31.3 Where relevant, podium positions will count as the official result, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If there is no podium ceremony, results will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of the market settlement, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the results. If no official result is available then the result will be determined with reference to the available evidence known at the time of market.

31.3.1 For user-experience purposes thus a better visual result, our company is applying two decimal digits truncation on the odds visible on screen. The Total Odds calculations are done using a sixth decimal digit rounding, whereas the Total Winning amount is always truncated to the second decimal digit. Any difference noticed, is just a product of the rounding rules explained herein.

The maximum time frame between the settlement of a betslip and a potential re-settlement, is 30 days.

If the match is finished by the referee in minute 79:00 or after, all markets are settled accordingly with the FT result. If the match is finished by the referee on 78:59 or before, all undecided markets will be settled as void.

In matches that are ABANDONED/STOPPED due to other reasons (fan riots, player fights, heavy injury, bad weather, floodlight failure etc), all undecided markets will be voided.

31.4 Where there is a conflict between the official results and the results posted on the results section of our Website, the conflict shall be resolved by reference to our video recording of the particular event to determine the correct result. However, if no such video recording is available, then the correct result shall be determined in accordance with the result of the particular event’s relevant governing body as published on its official website. If the official website is unable to provide the result or the official website's posted result is manifestly wrong, we reserve the right to make decisions/ amendments to determine the final result. Our decision is binding in this regard, however we will give our justification for the result upon request.

31.5 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, settlement of all markets will be based on the official competition rules.

31.6 Unless a specific reference is made in the individual section that covers the sport, opponents must start the match for “head to head” match bets to stand.

31.7 When no odds/price are quoted for a tie and the official competition rules do not determine a clear winner or the official result is a tie, dead heat rules will apply. In a “dead heat” the stake on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost by the customer.

31.8 Where bets are available on whether a specific number is odd or even, zero will count as even, and unless otherwise stated (in the market or in the individual sport rules) extra time, overtime and extra innings will not count.

31.9 In the event of uncertainty over any result we reserve the right to suspend settlement of any market. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation or to void all relevant bets.

31.10 If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result.

31.11 In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime, including by crediting or debiting your account balance after the relevant bet has been already settled.

31.12 If bets are settled according to the actual result of an event following an official announcement, then any change due to protest, doping etc. after 24 hours or later is not taken into consideration and all bets will be paid in accordance with the official announcement.

31.13 Calculation of bets and their outcomes is done by us, based on the event results announced by us. We reserve the right to deviate from the official result announcement if there is suspicion of palpable or typing error in announcing the event result.

31.14 The results of events announced in the periodical press or other media may not be grounds for submitting demands or claims against us.

31.15 In disputed situations not having a precedent, the final decision is made by us, taking into account practice of the bookmaking business and your interests.

31.16 The maximum amount that can be won (excluding stake) by one customer, regardless of the stake, is 150,000 CAD per day and 150,000 CAD per slip. Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day’s betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.

31.17 Any decision taken by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) which conflicts with the original decision sanctioned by the officials on the pitch (including non-decisions like allowing play to continue before reviewing the video), thus altering the understood state of the match at the time of bet placement, will result in all bets placed in the timeframe between the actual occurrence of the original incident and the referee's final decision on the incident being voided, unless the odds offered on the specific bet offer are unaffected by the use of VAR or have already been accounted for in the odds offered at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement on all other unrelated bet-offers, including those determined by any play between the time of the original incident and the decision following the VAR review, which are not influenced/altered by the VAR decision will stand. For resulting purposes VAR reviews are to be considered as having happened at the time of the original incident for which the VAR would be eventually used even if play has not been immediately interrupted. We reserve the right to reverse any previously settled offers where the settlement becomes inaccurate following the final referee decision, providing said decision is taken and communicated before the conclusion of the match and/or timeframe listed.

31.18 After you place a bet, it cannot be canceled or altered by you. In exceptional circumstances we may cancel or alter a bet on your request, but always at our own absolute discretion.

31.19 Before the relevant event starts, we may void any bet, in whole or in part, if we have a reasonable suspicion that the outcome of your bet may be influenced by you or any third party, you made a bet designed to reduce your risk, in cases of other suspicious betting, in cases of errors and malfunctions, or if required to avoid exposing us to undue risk which is outside our risk appetite. If we void a bet, your stake is refunded.
